      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Promote the sale of life insurance products in a call-center environment, aiming to achieve specific sales production expectations
      - Complete necessary applications and forms while following internal processing procedures
      - Provide advanced technical and product information to assist customers and achieve established quality/sales goals
      - Meet sales goals and performance expectations as defined by management
      - Successfully complete training related to all life insurance products and services

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred
      - Minimum of 2 years of sales and/or customer service experience required; at least one year in the insurance and/or financial services preferred
      - Current license to sell life insurance
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain complex issues to various audiences
      - Proven track record of providing high-level customer-focused services

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in managing and navigating multiple sources of information
      - Strong knowledge of MS Office and web-related products
      - Ability to work in a team environment
      - Willingness to work extended/irregular hours, including weekends and holidays
