What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with Producers and Account Managers to review and process implementation data using advanced Excel techniques
- Assist with vendor implementation tasks, including file creation and internal reporting
- Conduct post-implementation follow-ups and testing to verify accurate setup of all coverage lines
- Perform data audits using advanced Excel functions, identifying and reporting any inconsistencies
- Manage internal data processing, including hours reporting, bill creation, and client-specific reporting requests
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions such as VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables
- Strong command of Microsoft Outlook and PowerPoint
- Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a remote, team-oriented environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working in a data management or analytical role
- Familiarity with insurance or cost-management solutions
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Knowledge of data validation techniques and processes
