- Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
- Coordinate patient care and provider communication
- Manage provider schedules and appointment coordination
- Serve as a liaison between hospitals, providers, and primary care offices
- Communicate with patients, providers, and healthcare facilities
- Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries professionally
- Review patient charts and maintain accurate documentation
- Enter and update patient information within EMR systems
- Process orders, including faxing and mailing as needed
- Generate and review billing and operational reports
- Collaborate closely with the Operations Team to support quality patient care
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a medical office or healthcare setting required
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Proficiency with EMR systems and Microsoft Office applications
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA)
- BLS Certification
- Experience obtaining and documenting vital signs
- Previous experience with EMR systems
