      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Answer incoming calls from patients, providing outstanding customer service and support
      - Register new patients and verify insurance coverage and information
      - Document patient interactions accurately in relevant systems (XPM, CRM, EHR)
      - Schedule patient appointments and communicate effectively with clinical staff
      - Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing appropriate solutions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School diploma or equivalent
      - Minimum of one year experience in a call center environment
      - Previous customer service experience required
      - Licensure or certification as a Medical Assistant, LPN, or Registered Nurse for clinical agent roles
      - Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Knowledge of XPM and CRM systems
      - Familiarity with automated call distribution, IVR, and skill-based routing systems
      - Experience with coaching and mentoring employees
      - Strong multi-tasking abilities and attention to detail
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint
