What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Answer incoming calls from patients, providing a professional and friendly welcome
- Register new patients by gathering pertinent information and entering it into the system
- Verify insurance coverage and set patient appointments as needed
- Document all patient interactions accurately and efficiently within various systems
- Provide medical guidance and schedule appointments using clinical prioritizing protocols

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of one year experience in a call center environment preferred
- Previous customer service experience required
- Familiarity with automated call distribution, IVR, and skill-based routing systems
- Licensure or certification as a Medical Assistant, LPN, or Registered Nurse for clinical roles

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with XPM and CRM systems
- Knowledge of EHR and Contact Recorder
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Experience in coaching and mentoring employees
