What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Answer incoming calls from patients, providing exceptional customer service
- Register new patients and verify insurance coverage and information
- Document patient interactions accurately across multiple systems (XPM, CRM, EHR)
- Provide medical guidance and schedule appointments based on clinical protocols
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring timely and effective resolutions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of one year of experience in a call center environment
- Previous customer service experience is required
- Knowledge of XPM and CRM systems is desired
- Licensure as a Medical Assistant, LPN, or Registered Nurse for those performing clinical duties
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with automated call distribution, IVR, and skill-based routing systems
- Experience with coaching and mentoring employees
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint
- Attention to detail and ability to manage high call volumes
