What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Answer incoming calls from patients, providing a professional and friendly experience
- Register new patients and verify insurance coverage
- Document patient interactions accurately in relevant systems (XPM, CRM, EHR)
- Provide medical guidance via telephone and triage high acuity patients
- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of one year of experience in a call center environment
- Previous customer service experience required
- Registered Nurse license required for Clinical Agent roles
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of XPM and CRM systems
- Familiarity with automated call distribution, IVR, and skill-based routing systems
- Experience with coaching and mentoring employees
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint
- Strong multi-tasking abilities and attention to detail
