      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Answer incoming calls and provide outstanding customer service to patients
      - Register new patients and verify insurance information
      - Document patient inquiries and messages accurately in relevant systems
      - Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions
      - Schedule appointments and facilitate timely physician follow-ups

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School diploma or equivalent
      - Minimum of one year experience in a call center environment
      - Previous customer service experience is required
      - Knowledge of XPM and CRM systems is desired
      - Licensure or certification as a Medical Assistant, LPN, or Registered Nurse if performing as a Clinical Agent

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with automated call distribution, IVR, and skill-based routing systems
      - Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
      - Experience with coaching and mentoring employees
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint
      - Ability to thrive in a high-volume call environment
