What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Answer incoming calls from patients, providing exceptional customer service
- Register new patients and verify insurance coverage and information
- Document interactions accurately within various systems (XPM, CRM, EHR)
- Respond to patient inquiries and handle customer complaints effectively
- Provide medical guidance and schedule appointments using clinical protocols
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of one year experience in a call center environment
- Previous customer service experience required
- Licensure or certification as a Medical Assistant, LPN, or Registered Nurse for clinical roles
- Knowledge of XPM and CRM systems preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with automated call distribution, IVR, and skill-based routing systems
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Experience with coaching and mentoring employees
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint
- Ability to work well in a team environment with strong multi-tasking skills
