- Manage and support patients' healthcare needs via phone conversations

- Review insurance plans and suggest tips to get the most from their benefits

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must have a current Medical Assistant certification
- Must reside and work in the continental US
- Must have a minimum of two years of clinical experience
- Experience in care coordination or care management, health coaching, and motivational interviewing
- Experience using Electronic Medical Records and Microsoft Office products

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bilingual proficiency
- Experience in telephonic encounters with patients
- Familiarity with EHRs and technology platforms
- Comfortability with new software and technology
- Passion for patient care and health guidance
