What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage sales incentives, including commission’s administration
- Develop and maintain the Customer Master function to optimize customer tracking
- Manage sales tracings process and billbacks and chargebacks process
- Lead pricing administration activities and resolve pricing discrepancies
- Partner with internal teams to develop meaningful sales and contract productivity reports
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 5+ years of experience in sales operations, commercial, or related role
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- JD Edwards experience is a plus
- Salesforce experience is a plus
