      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Perform outbound and inbound calls to assist patients and healthcare providers
      - Review and process prior authorization requests for medications, services, and procedures
      - Verify insurance eligibility, coverage, and benefits
      - Partner with providers, pharmacies, and payers to obtain necessary documentation
      - Accurately document all interactions for compliance and auditing purposes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in medical benefits verification or prior authorization
      - Strong understanding of medical terminology, insurance claims, and authorization workflows
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      - Ability to multitask in a high-volume call environment
      - High school diploma or equivalent required

      - Strong attention to detail and accuracy
      - Must have high-speed internet (modem access required; no hotspots)
