      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and maintain hospital schedules based on workload demands, ensuring accuracy in scheduling software
      - Communicate with clinicians to address scheduling needs, manage call-offs, and handle emergency openings
      - Support Medical Directors with scheduling needs, including orientation and shadowing arrangements for new providers
      - Track clinician hours using scheduling software and collaborate with payroll for accurate processing
      - Monitor performance metrics and assist management with staffing and scheduling performance reports

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - H.S. Diploma or GED required
      - Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in scheduling, operations, or healthcare administration
      - Proficiency in scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field
      - 1-3 years of Physician and Advanced Practice Provider scheduling experience or relevant scheduling experience in surgical or patient settings
      - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
      - Knowledge of healthcare industry standards and protocols
      - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic healthcare environment
