What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally, providing assistance to members on various inquiries
- Cross-sell club products and services to enhance member relationships and maximize sales opportunities
- Resolve membership inquiries through first-call resolution, including billing and upgrades
- Provide members with information on travel planning, discounts, and rewards programs
- Adhere to performance metrics related to call management and schedule adherence
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 6 months of customer service or sales experience in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of computer navigation, internet usage, and email communication
- Excellent communication and customer service skills with a team-oriented mindset
- Ability to troubleshoot minor connectivity issues and set up computer equipment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 1-2 years of customer service experience
- Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office applications
- Prior sales experience in a related field
