What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Engage consumers to assist them in managing their delinquent accounts using a consultative approach
- Negotiate resolutions for outstanding balances while maintaining a professional demeanor
- Handle inbound and outbound calls using an auto dialer system while managing a workload of delinquent accounts
- Ensure compliance with all necessary documentation, payment processing, and follow-up procedures
- Perform skip tracing techniques to locate consumer contact information and adhere to collection regulations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be at least 18 years old
- 1-3 years of experience in Collections, Sales, Telemarketing, Medical Billing, Call Center, Customer Service, or Banking
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to persuade and negotiate effectively
- Proficient computer skills for documenting calls and navigating software and databases
- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and interact professionally with team members
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a remote work environment
- Bilingual skills (Spanish/English)
- Background in the military or support for veterans and military spouses
