What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide world-class customer service and inbound phone sales to prospective customers
- Answer questions and build rapport while handling objections during calls
- Close pest control sales via telephone and schedule initial services
- Manage customer relationships to ensure optimal service and identify cross-selling opportunities
- Utilize gamification methods to measure performance and enhance engagement
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in direct or phone sales within a call center environment
- Completion of a Culture Index assessment
- Verification of internet speed and ability to work from a designated home office
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen

- Experience in a call center environment with a focus on sales
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and various web-based applications
