What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Monitor and report on all elements of call center staffing to ensure departmental productivity and profitability goals are met
- Use workforce management tracking tools to maintain employee activity and status information
- Analyze agent activity and forward items requiring management attention
- Make real-time adjustments for team meetings, training, and other off-phone tasks as required
- Complete root-cause analyses to determine reasons for forecast variance and recommend changes to enhance accuracy
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1 - 2 years of experience utilizing scheduling software (Verint preferred)
- 1 - 2 years of experience in a multi-channel call center environment
- Basic computer skills in various software and web-based applications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in building/reporting in Power BI or similar reporting systems
