What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Answer incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns
- Evaluate customer interactions and escalate issues to Online Chat Manager when necessary
- Build relationships with new customers to understand and meet their needs
- Respond to customer questions, inquiries, requests, and problems accurately and concisely
- Provide administrative support to the customer service team
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in customer service
- Strong telephone etiquette
- Familiarity with CRM tools
- Excellent communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 0-2 years of experience in a customer service role
- Familiarity with financial services industry
- Previous experience with remote work
