      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct comprehensive assessments, including FBA, VB-MAPP, and ABLLS
      - Design and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans for clients
      - Provide supervision, training, and support to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and behavior technicians
      - Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams to ensure effective care
      - Monitor client progress and update treatment goals based on data analysis

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
      - Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
      - Experience in developing ABA treatment plans and supervising staff
      - Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
      - Deep commitment to client success and continuous professional improvement

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working in a clinical setting focused on children with behavioral challenges
      - Familiarity with various assessment tools and methodologies in ABA
      - Previous involvement in mentorship or training programs for new staff
      - Knowledge of ethical, clinical, and regulatory standards in behavioral health
