What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Review title documents received from abstractors
- Order foreclosure abstracts from company partners and update as requested by attorneys
- Follow up with abstractors to ensure timely receipt of reports
- Invoice reports according to client guidelines
- Communicate and coordinate with relevant parties
- Adhere to default production procedures
- Assist team members as needed
- Perform assigned duties

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent work experience
- Two (2) or more years of title processing experience
- Knowledge of Title industry concepts and practices (preferred)
- Proficiency in Title industry software, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Windows, MS Word
