What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Receive in-depth training and be assigned to one of four teams calling on behalf of various clients
- Conduct 4-8 calls for different clients during an 8-hour shift using predictive dialing equipment
- Communicate positively and enthusiastically with donors and prospective donors using approved scripts
- Secure financial gifts from donors and maintain minimum fundraising and productivity metrics
- Work from a quiet home environment free from interruptions with a reliable wired internet connection
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year of successful outbound telemarketing experience or a strong employment history with long-term stability
- Dedicated wired internet connection and a quiet workspace at home
- Basic computer skills and a commitment to charitable causes
- Enthusiasm for learning and persistence in achieving goals
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in telemarketing or fundraising within the non-profit sector
- Familiarity with donor communications and engagement strategies
- Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate various client needs
