What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct outbound calls to engage members with professionalism and enthusiasm

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, customer service, telemarketing, or a related field
- Exceptional verbal communication skills with a persuasive approach
- Basic computer literacy for navigating outreach center systems and data entry
- Must be fluent in English and Spanish (verbal and written communication)
