What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Field customer calls and emails, providing information and assistance
- Place parts and consumables orders as required
- Create price quotes for services offered by the employer
- Assign field technicians to various job sites as needed
- Ensure excellent customer service to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be available for overnight shifts from 11pm to 7am EST, Monday through Friday
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to effectively manage customer inquiries and provide prompt solutions
- Experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
- Must have the ability to work independently in a remote environment
