      - Communicate with patients, providers, and insurance payers via phone and email
      - Verify patients' insurance coverage effectively
      - Manage inbound and outbound calls from patients and insurance providers
      - Ensure compliance with insurance verification processes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must pick up equipment in Irving, TX
      - Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in medical insurance, specifically in prior authorizations
      - Experience with Medicare/Medicaid program administration
      - Knowledge of insurance verification, claim adjudication, or medical billing
      - Familiarity with ICD-10, HCPCS, or CPT codes is a significant plus
