What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for radiologist positions
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications
- Collaborate with the Physician Relations VP to understand staffing needs and job requirements
- Negotiate offers and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in radiologist recruitment
- Strong knowledge of the radiology industry and its specific staffing needs
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple recruitment processes simultaneously

- Proficiency in full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding
- Understanding of subspecialties and outpatient imaging practices
- Ability to address and resolve recruitment challenges promptly
