      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team to achieve and exceed regional sales targets
      - Develop and execute strategic sales plans that align with company objectives and regional market opportunities
      - Analyze market trends, identify new business opportunities, and implement initiatives to expand market share
      - Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, channel partners, and industry stakeholders
      - Provide regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and actionable insights to the US Sales Director

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 5+ years of high-performance sales experience with products used in the manufacturing and/or process industries
      - 5+ years of managerial experience with exceptional leadership skills
      - Strong communication skills with the ability to inspire and influence at all levels
      - Proven track record of building and managing successful sales teams
      - Technical undergraduate degree; MBA preferred
