      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assess the needs of callers seeking 211 assistance and provide crisis intervention and referral services
      - Deliver empathetic and supportive service through active listening and de-escalation techniques
      - Evaluate suicide risk and respond in accordance with agency policies and procedures
      - Document all client interactions accurately using approved software and systems
      - Conduct follow-up with at-risk callers to ensure continuity of care and assess outcomes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred
      - Minimum of two (2) years of experience in customer service, social work, human services, or a related field required
      - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
      - Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to work independently
      - Availability to work holidays, weekends, and overnight shifts as scheduled

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with community resources
      - Bilingual (English/Spanish or English/Creole) is a plus
      - Demonstrated empathy and compassion when assisting individuals in distress
      - Proficiency with computer systems, databases, and remote communication tools
      - Reliable attendance and punctuality
