- Req#: 13410
- Manage and maintain the HubSpot CRM system, ensuring clean data, effective segmentation, and accurate reporting
- Design, update, and optimize workflows, automations, and processes to improve marketing efficiency and operational alignment
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support lead capture, pipeline visibility, and cross-departmental integrations
- Serve as the go-to expert for HubSpot-related questions and training
- Provide overflow support to the VP of Marketing on project management, reporting, and cross-functional initiatives
- Partner with developers and IT to map operational workflows and execute on marketing technology needs
- Assist with tracking and analyzing marketing and revenue performance data using Excel and other analytics tools
- 5+ years of professional experience in marketing operations or a similar role
- Deep, hands-on HubSpot CRM experience, certifications highly preferred
- Strong Excel skills, including comfort with pivot tables and trend analysis
- Exceptional attention to detail and process optimization mindset
- Familiarity with modern marketing tech stacks and automation tools
- Experience working within real estate, private equity, wealth management, or high-net-worth clientele environments is a plus
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, self-starter attitude
- Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
- Flexible, client-service-oriented mindset with a team-first approach
- Excited about learning and expanding into broader marketing functions
- Able to work effectively across time zones with overlap to PST hours is a plus

Salary Range: $65,000 - $80,000 / year DOE
