What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Place outbound calls to warm, pre-qualified prospects to book appointments for licensed sales agents
- Follow proven scripts and processes to secure appointments effectively

- Overcome objections and maintain a high conversion rate consistently
- Commit to at least 35 hours of work each week
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of recent outbound phone-based appointment-setting experience
- Proven ability to handle objections with excellent communication skills
- Must reside and work in the United States
- Reliable home office setup with a strong internet connection
- Ability to commit to steady weekly hours

- Experience specifically in estate and asset protection planning appointment setting
- Background in virtual sales environments
- Strong track record of high conversion rates in previous roles
- Familiarity with CRM systems and logging interactions
