- Make 13 to 20 phone appointments daily with business leads
- Conduct 70 to 100 follow-up calls daily
- Secure at least 3 sales success stories daily
- Attend regular "Start of the Day" sales/team meetings
- Utilize CRM software to manage customer relationships effectively

What is Required (Qualifications):
- At least 21 years of age
- 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in a call center or in-home sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Experience with CRM software is a plus

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in commissioned sales roles
- Articulate communicator with high-speed engagement
- Ability to maintain a 75% active rate during assigned shifts
