What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide one-on-one mentorship to new agents to support their growth
- Meet virtually with families to discuss and provide life and health insurance coverage
- Design insurance policies tailored to meet clients' specific needs
- Work with warm leads from families who have expressed interest in coverage
- Follow a proven system of success for sales and customer engagement
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Ability to obtain a life/health insurance license in your respective state (license not required for hire)
- Strong communication skills
- Organized and goal-oriented mindset
- Self-motivated with a commitment to personal growth
- Proactive problem-solving abilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in sales or customer service roles
- Familiarity with insurance products and financial services
