      - Educate customers on insurance policy details such as coverage and pricing
      - Prepare and bind quotes through the employer's insurance carriers
      - Effectively problem-solve and handle objections to facilitate customer purchases
      - Engage in attentive, high-energy conversations with customers to find tailored policy solutions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Proven ability to multitask and manage multiple competing priorities
      - Passion for helping others
      - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle objections
      - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
      - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in sales or customer service, particularly in the insurance industry
      - Familiarity with personal line auto and home insurance policies
      - Experience working in a remote environment
      - Knowledge of insurance industry trends and regulations
