What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist clients in understanding and selecting appropriate supplemental coverage options
- Provide excellent customer service and support to labor union and credit union members
- Conduct follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and client experience
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
