      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Field inbound customer contacts within a fast-paced production environment.
      - Influence customer purchasing decisions by effectively presenting a suite of TV, internet, and wireless products and services.
      - Build and maintain customer relationships, ensuring every interaction is handled with honesty and integrity.
      - Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
      - Participate in ongoing training and development to improve sales techniques and product knowledge.

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 1 year of experience in a quota-carrying sales role.
      - High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
      - Must demonstrate a competitive spirit, determination, resilience, and persuasive personality.
      - Ability to work full-time, with hours that may include evenings, weekends, or holidays.
      - Must have a home workspace with wired internet, and a smartphone/device with an active network connection.

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in sales within the telecommunications industry.
      - Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
      - Strong understanding of TV, internet, and wireless products and services.
      - Previous experience in a fast-paced or high-volume sales environment.
      - Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets consistently.
