About the Role:
We are seeking a Remote Scheduling & Travel Services Assistant to support clients with organizing trip details, coordinating schedules, and providing general assistance throughout the planning process. This role focuses on customer service, accuracy, and strong communication. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a virtual environment.
Responsibilities:
• Assist clients with scheduling needs related to travel planning
• Gather required trip details and preferences to support accurate coordination
• Research basic accommodation, transportation, and activity options
• Organize travel information and prepare itinerary-related documentation
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients
• Update internal systems and client records with accurate information
• Coordinate follow-ups, reminders, and scheduling updates
• Support the travel planning process by confirming information and providing administrative assistance
• Perform general customer service and administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to work remotely with consistent time management
• Comfortable using online tools and digital platforms
• Customer service, administrative, or coordination experience preferred
• Dependable and professional in all client interactions
Work Environment:
• Fully remote position
• Flexible schedule
• Training and ongoing guidance provided
