What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage and communicate client and caregiver scheduling matters during after-hours and up to 24 hours following
- Utilize various communication methods to reach out to staff, including phone calls, emails, and text messages
- Recap daily calls received and outcomes, logging information in Wellsky and setting tasks for follow-ups
- Explain the plan of care to caregivers during on-call shifts
- Collaborate with the supervisor On Call and office staff for inquiries during the normal work week

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must have strong phone etiquette and people skills
- Previous experience in home care or medical staffing
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Detail-oriented with proficient computer skills
- Internet access, cell phone, and computer required

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role in the healthcare industry
