      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct heavy phone work, including a minimum of 20 outbound calls daily to schedule patients
      - Obtain patient history and relevant clinical data before appointments
      - Educate patients about sleep testing procedures and additional services available
      - Verify insurance information online to ensure compliant billing prior to scheduling
      - Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure staff availability and address patient needs

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
      - High School Diploma or GED
      - Strong multitasking skills with the ability to manage inbound calls and task lists
      - Exceptional telephone communication skills reflecting professionalism and enthusiasm
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to quickly learn new software

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a medical setting
      - Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
      - Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
      - High level of organization and accuracy
