      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage corporate documents program covering various operational areas including legal, engineering, and human resources
      - Collaborate with IT teams for maintenance and upgrades of documents and policy management software
      - Format, edit, and standardize technical documentation in accordance with corporate guidelines
      - Track quality system metrics and assist in documentation of QA and QC procedures
      - Conduct audits and reviews to ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 standards

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of five (5) years' experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and technical writing
      - ISO-9001 or related QMS auditing experience
      - Bachelor's Degree or at least 5 years of equivalent experience
      - Strong analytical skills and ability to write technical material
      - Proficiency with Microsoft SharePoint, Office, Excel, and Acrobat

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in the construction industry
      - Strong technical aptitude
      - Familiarity with Visio and PowerBI
      - Experience with Procore and Salesforce
