Remote Senior Family Law Paralegal

Job Description
- Req#: 16728
- Support four attorneys in the family law department
- Manage case loads of approximately 30-40 cases per paralegal
- Handle calendaring and e-filing tasks
- Complete necessary forms and draft declarations
- Assist in preparing motions and memoranda of points and authorities
- Mandarin fluency is required
- 5+ years of experience as a paralegal within family law
- Experience billing at least 30 hours per week
- Knowledge of family law protocols and procedures
- Ability to work remotely
- A minimum of 1 year of experience working within the Santa Clara courts is preferred
- A paralegal certificate is preferred
- Trial experience is preferred
- 401K with a 3% match, eligible after one year
