      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead the development of Photon Counting Lidar (PCL) projects and methodologies
      - Design processing blocks for PCL projects and programs
      - Manage data center resources and software for PCL processing
      - Perform PCL data processing and point cloud aggregation
      - Train and assist junior-level staff in technical tasks

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Associate's degree in Geography, GIS, Remote Sensing, or a related field, or equivalent work experience; Bachelor's degree preferred
      - Minimum of five years of experience in remote sensing and related disciplines
      - Background in GIS, imagery, lidar, and geospatial analysis using commercial software
      - Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems
      - Proficiency in MS Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook)

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in project coordination/management within the geospatial sector
      - Knowledge of general math and statistics to support data analysis
      - Previous work with PCL data processing techniques
