What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage projects from inception through completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards
- Prepare and oversee a high volume of proposals, contracts, invoicing, and account receivables
- Coordinate project schedules for multiple concurrent projects while engaging with clients
- Recruit, develop, and lead a growing team, providing guidance and performance feedback
- Oversee technical, legal, and financial aspects of various projects and maintain quality assurance procedures
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of project management experience
- At least 10 years of industry experience, particularly in civil, power delivery, and renewable markets
- Full technical understanding of all aspects of Remote Sensing
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients
- Ability to manage and delegate assignments while being detail-oriented and flexible
