What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Monitor and respond to incoming support calls and emails, providing timely resolutions
- Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate to appropriate teams when necessary
- Maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and support
- Create and deliver support documentation and webinars to enhance user experience
- Proactively identify and implement improvements to avoid recurrence of customer issues
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2 to 4 years of experience in Customer Service/Support or Information Technology/Help Desk
- Proficiency in SQL and experience troubleshooting in a technical support environment
- Basic computing and networking knowledge
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility for rotating 24/7 on-call schedule to address hardware and software-related inquiries
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with Windows Server and Windows PowerShell
- Experience with JIRA Service Desk
- Strong research skills to troubleshoot software and technical problems
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to everyday users
