      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide remote technical assistance and customer service to resolve hardware, software, and network issues for individuals and staff
      - Maintain accountability for all consumers within the assigned setting, ensuring their needs are met
      - Implement behavior management plans and document consumer progress and activities
      - Administer medications and maintain cleanliness in the unit through supervision of chores and activities
      - Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to provide updates and assist with evaluations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or equivalent
      - Certification in First Aid, CPR, and CPI (Non-Violent Crisis Intervention)
      - Valid driver's license and ability to operate a motor vehicle for 15 passengers or less
      - Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, standing, and driving
      - Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively as part of a team

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a direct support role or similar position in the healthcare or social services field
      - Familiarity with assistive/enabling technology
      - Previous training in behavior management techniques
      - Ability to handle emergency situations effectively
      - Experience in documentation and reporting related to consumer care
