What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide technical assistance and customer service remotely to resolve hardware, software, and network issues
- Maintain accountability for all consumers within the assigned setting and ensure their needs are met
- Implement goals and behavior management plans for consumers, including personal and social adjustment activities
- Administer medications to residents according to established guidelines
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and conduct monthly fire drills and disaster drills as required
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Certification in First Aid, CPR, and CPI (Non-Violent Crisis Intervention) required
- Valid driver's license from the state of residence and ability to operate a motor vehicle for 15 passengers or less
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, standing, and walking as needed
- Commitment to maintaining cleanliness and organization in the unit
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in direct support or care roles within a healthcare or social services environment
- Familiarity with assistive technology and its application in consumer support
- Ability to work effectively in both indoor and outdoor environments
