What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide technical assistance and customer service remotely via phone, email, or chat to resolve hardware, software, and network issues
- Maintain accountability for all consumers and implement individual care plans to meet their needs
- Perform daily documentation and paperwork related to consumer care and progress
- Administer medications to residents following established guidelines
- Participate in direct care activities and support consumers in community residences
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Certification in First Aid, CPR, and Non-Violent Crisis Intervention
- Valid driver's license and ability to operate a motor vehicle for 15 passengers or less
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, climbing, and standing for extended periods
- Must be available for flexible shifts, including nights and weekends
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working in a support services environment for adults with disabilities
- Familiarity with assistive/enabling technology
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented setting
- Knowledge of behavior management techniques
