What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for hospital-based support staff roles and select central support roles
- Partner with hospital leaders and hiring teams to understand hiring needs and ensure alignment throughout the recruiting process
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract diverse and high-quality candidates
- Screen and qualify candidates based on skills, experience, culture fit, and communication abilities
- Build and nurture talent pipelines for both immediate and future needs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required
- 3+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition preferred
- Veterinary industry experience strongly preferred
- Prior experience in hospital operations or multi-site recruiting in veterinary, healthcare, or similar industries is highly beneficial
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills

- Experience with ATS platforms, sourcing tools, and data-driven recruitment reporting
- Creative thinker with a recruitment mindset skilled at crafting messaging that resonates with candidates
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote or hybrid team setting
