      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Engage with customers to assess their security needs and recommend suitable products
      - Provide technical assistance to customers through scheduled outbound calls, ensuring effective solutions
      - Troubleshoot and install a variety of security products and services, communicating resolutions clearly
      - Educate customers on their systems' functionalities and identify additional security solutions
      - Address technical issues related to communication failures, peripheral devices, and system applications

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or equivalent required; some college credits or a degree preferred
      - Minimum of 1 year of technical service experience is required
      - Strong technical aptitude and excellent problem-solving skills
      - One (1) year of experience as a home security systems technician is highly preferred
      - A quiet, private workspace that meets company standards for internet bandwidth

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Additional college credits or a degree in a relevant field
      - Experience with a variety of home security systems
      - Familiarity with ADT products and services
      - Strong multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
      - Previous customer service experience in a technical support role
