What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide mid-level technical product support to customers via various communication channels
- Investigate escalated issues and gather additional information from customers
- Update tracking systems of incident logs and convey customer feedback to product development teams
- Escalate complex technical issues to higher-level support engineers or management as needed
- Conduct important work with minimal supervision and exercise independent judgment
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalency) with 6 years of directly related work experience, or a master's degree (or equivalency) with 4 years of directly related work experience
- Advanced knowledge of organization's products and services
- Experience in technical support roles, requiring high skill proficiency in the discipline
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong communication skills for effective customer interaction
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with ITIL frameworks, including incident, problem, and change management processes
- Ability to apply ITIL principles to improve service delivery and enhance user experience
