What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the full lifecycle of product-driven software development projects using Agile methodologies
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, daily Standups, and Sprint Retrospectives
- Coach teams on Agile values and practices to promote continuous improvement
- Analyze Sprint metrics to drive data-informed improvements and facilitate experiments
- Develop and maintain project documentation and schedules to support feature deployments
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Solid technical background with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, preferably within learning platforms
- PMP, CSM, and/or PMI-ACP certification or other industry-standard certification
- Strong communication skills to explain technical issues to non-technical stakeholders
- Highly attentive to detail and self-management skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Jira and Confluence
- Familiarity with working from home and managing projects remotely
- Experience working with nearshore/offshore developers
- Eager to research and learn in a self-directed manner
- Familiarity with AI technologies such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude
