What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Identify opportunities to drive increased adoption and ROI of the telephony system
- Lead design sessions with customers and create design documentation for Genesys routing platforms
- Design and implement new call flows, develop new skills/workgroups, and support new IVR flows
- Document best practices for design, testing, and training, and provide training to client teams
- Serve as a project or internal team escalation point for customer experience concerns during design and testing phases
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Sciences, Data Sciences, Information Technology, Computer Programming, or Software Engineering, or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with Genesys contact center technology
- At least 4 years of experience deploying, testing, and supporting technology projects in a customer-facing environment
- Knowledge of WFM principles and tools, as well as telephony platforms such as Genesys, Five9, Avaya, and Cisco
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Genesys telephony
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Advanced skills in Excel, Tableau, SQL, and PowerBI
- Experience modeling data in relational databases or OLAP cubes
- Strong ability to collaborate across departments and disciplines
